At the food basket we need to add the average monthly cost of gasoline for one car and the cost of utilities for a two-bedroom apartment - what is the baseline cost and the average Ukrainian - it turns out that the whole life in the country has risen by almost 31% these last five years.
The average cost of a small apartment, suitable for life, starts in Kiev from 2.5-3 million hryvnia.
